Partner Account Manager, Commercial Sales, Boston, MA At Klaviyo, the partnerships team prides themselves on being marketing and product experts. As a Commercial Partner Account Manager, you will manage a book of active and existing partners within our Commercial ecosystem. You will leverage strong consultative skills to understand your partners’ business models and growth strategies, identifying ways Klaviyo can help them and their clients grow. You are responsible for building and managing relationships with Klaviyo partners, articulating the value of Klaviyo, differentiating Klaviyo from other solutions, managing business development opportunities (and co‑selling) to and from your partners, and coaching your partners on how to grow their business, including profitability, with Klaviyo. How you’ll make a difference Become a trusted advisor with a subset of active partners, cultivating relationships with key leaders and decision makers. Assess the potential of partners and encourage them to move up tiers within our partner program. Understand a partner’s organizational structure and business goals and develop a long‑term strategy with them. Operate with and exceed revenue‑focused goals at the individual level. Bring creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Klaviyo’s values, build culture, and execute on our vision for the future. Take part in owning projects, collaborating with a highly driven team to achieve company‑wide goals. Who you are Adopted at influencing and relationship building. Have partnerships and/or sales experience. Thoughtful, engaging, and energetic. Obsessed with understanding partners. Comfortable operating independently and as part of a team. Comfortable presenting in large groups as a thought leader. Proactively solicit and act on feedback from partners and peers. Excited to impact a rapidly growing, public company. Positive outlook with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3‑5 years of SaaS account management, partner and/or sales experience. Work collaboratively with Sales, Enablement, CS, Marketing, and Product. Bring thoughtful strategies and ideas to advance our culture and vision. Other Information Base Pay Range for U.S. Locations: $88,480 – $132,720 USD. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE), equity, sign‑on payments, and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required for onboarding, partner work, meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
