Are you a strategic HR Director or Regional HR Manager overseeing a minimum of 1,500 employees nationwide with revenue of a min of $1B-$2B? Do you have a "seat at the table" partnering with C suite to roll out large-scale HR projects? Do you have proven success in managing a national team to include mentoring, coaching and talent development? If so, we would like to connect with you today!
Our client, a national company in the Dallas area is hiring a new HR Director due to internal growth within the organization. This role will be highly strategic with oversight of a large region with over 1500 employees. You will be focusing on talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and organizational design.
The company offers a competitive total compensation package, car allowance and amazing benefits and perks! This is a 100% onsite exceptions and there is 20-30% travel. xhyhwjd
The successful candidate will possess:
- Min of a bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in a strategic HR leadership role
- Proven success in creating and implementing large scale HR initiatives
- MUST have experience presenting to C suite, boards, other HR leaders, HRBPs and field executives
- Must have experience overseeing a large population of employees to include both exempt and craft employees
