What?Were?Looking For ?

• Experience & Qualifications: ?
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.?
  • An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic.?
  • High School Diploma or GED?required; College degree preferred.??
• Core Skills:
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.??
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.??
• Availability:
  • Available?to?work evenings, weekends, and holidays.??

Annual Salary

$19.34 - $29.51

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidates work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
