SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Care Professional to provide weekend care for our clients.

We are seeking someone who is comfortable and experienced using a Hoyer lift and providing hands-on care to clients with mobility limitations, physical disabilities, and dementia. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, reliable, and committed to providing safe, respectful, and compassionate care.

• Saturday and/or Sunday shifts

• Day, evening, or overnight opportunities may be available

• Consistent weekend availability preferred

• Safely operate and utilize a Hoyer lift for client transfers

• Assist with bed-to-chair and other transfers using proper safety techniques

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Support clients living with dementia and memory loss

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Prepare meals and assist with proper nutrition

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• Encourage safe mobility and social engagement

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

• Accurately document care provided

• Communicate changes in the client’s condition or needs to the office

• Previous Hoyer lift experience is required

• Previous hands-on caregiving experience preferred

• Dementia care experience is a plus

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance

• Ability to safely perform transfers and provide hands-on care

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong communication skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional work ethic

• Reliable weekend availability
