Qualifications & Skills Sought:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification

• Excellent organizational skills for managing IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Compassion, adaptability, and attention to individualized student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Use evidence-based instructional strategies to support academic and behavioral growth
• Adapt teaching materials to fit students’ unique learning styles and needs
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress regularly with stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
