We are seeking an organized, dependable, and professional HR Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations in a manufacturing environment. This position will assist with employee records, onboarding, recruiting, attendance tracking, and general administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Skills and Experience

• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation
• Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Track employee attendance, absences, and other personnel information
• Enter and update employee information in HR systems
• Prepare reports, forms, spreadsheets, and other HR documents
• Answer employee questions and direct them to the appropriate HR representative when needed
• Assist with benefits, payroll, and timekeeping documentation
• Support HR with disciplinary documentation and employee relations paperwork
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Assist with company events, meetings, training, and employee communications
• Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, emailing, and answering phones
• Provide additional administrative support to the HR department as needed

Qualifications

• Previous HR, recruiting, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional demeanor and ability to work with employees at all levels
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Experience working in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment is a plus
