Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $37.87 Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00

Total Comp :$2,609.32

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

• Night flex, 3x12's

Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room RN

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms.

• Triage and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition.

• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as ordered; perform emergency care such as wound care and splinting.

• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff.

• Accurately document patient care, treatments, and responses in EHRs or charts.

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care.

• Respond to rapid response, Code Blue, and other emergency situations.

• Advocate for patients' rights, dignity, and preferences.

• Follow infection control, hospital policies, and safety protocols.

• Participate in quality improvement and required DNV program education.

• Float to other qualified departments as needed, prior to core staff.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

• Current RN license in the State of Oregon.

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required.

• Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty preferred.

• CRASE training: If travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period, CRASE training will be required.

• Minimum of one (1) year related experience within the last 3 years

• Additional certifications may be required

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
