Customer Relations RepresentativeResponsible for greeting and assisting patients, family members, visitors, physicians, and staff. Directs and escorts visitors to other areas of the hospital campus. Transports patients or visitors via wheelchair to outpatient or inpatient areas within the hospital campus. Serves as a customer relations liaison for patients and family at Froedtert South.High School or Equivalent (GED)Entry LevelStrong and professional interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to exhibit tact, and confidentiality practices.Ability to work proactively and independently as a self-starter.Ability to read, write, hear, speak and comprehend the English language.Ensures guests are greeted and assisted in a professional manner.Functions as a customer relations representative for guests and staff.Assists patients and families in obtaining wheelchairs for patient transport.Manages incoming telephone calls in a customer friendly and professional manner.Location: Froedtert South, Inc. · Schedule: Regular Part-Time, Varied, 40-80
