The coordinator supports our vision by becoming a true extension of the company culture. The primary responsibility will be coordinating full-cycle searches and leading the definition of roles, sourcing candidates, and managing and executing the hiring process. In addition to recruitment, this position provides broad HR coordination, payroll, and administrative support across the Team Member lifecycle, including onboarding, HR communications, HR systems, reporting, documentation, and other people initiatives. As an integral part of the HR team, the coordinator is a true extension of our culture and The Way We Are.
