Apply now!**Location:**850 76th Street S.W. - Byron Center, Michigan 49315**Position Summary:**The Category Analyst supports strategic accounts by providing analytical insights, reporting, and operational support that drive business performance. This role serves as a key partner to sales, supply chain, customer teams, and cross-functional stakeholders by monitoring business trends, identifying opportunities, and helping execute customer initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will leverage data and reporting to support decision-making, track performance metrics, resolve issues, and ensure successful execution of customer programs and initiatives.**Career Framework Job Level:** P2 **Education:**Bachelors required or equivalent education/experience. **Experience:**Minimum 3 years relevant experience **Responsibilities:*** Prepare various analyses of customer performance, track inbound and outbound inventory trends, pricing management, and setting up new and deleted items.* Identify root causes related to item setup, pricing, inventory, and code dates* New item and assortment catalog management* Assist in the development and adoption of business reports to support the organization.* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve setup issues, ensure pricing accuracy, and support seasonal asks* Maintain cross-functional relationships with various levels and departments in and outside the organization.* Support process improvements to reduce shrink and improve product movement* Use systems like PowerBI to monitor trends and drive data-informed decisions.* Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. **Physical Requirements:**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
