Sr. Business Analyst (Spanish Speaking)

Your Mission In this role, you will partner with business units to gather requirements for strategic projects, represent the customer to the development team, and lead the launch of new products, features, and services within Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. You should have a deep understanding of your product(s) and a solid grasp of data analytics, strategy, software development, and Agile methodologies to deliver high‑quality products that increase company revenue. How You’ll Make An Impact Manage multiple moderate‑complexity projects, interviewing partner areas, business users, SME’s, and IT to refine system effectiveness. Ensure completeness of business analysis, including requirement walk‑throughs, adjustments, and stakeholder sign‑off. Display and utilize business acumen to align with business needs. Communicate with business users on system productivity and analysis of business system process flows to assess impact. Assist QA with test design and testing based on business requirements and acceptance criteria of user stories. Document, analyze, present, and model requirements with appropriate context to transfer knowledge and support retention over time. Support and provide technical expertise to less experienced Business Analysts. Contribute input during development and implementation phases, defining system scope and enhancements for complex projects. Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily scrum, product demos, story writing, and sprint planning. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to develop screen designs and mockups based on business requirements. Lead major project meetings such as kick‑off sessions, product increment planning, and executive reviews. Develop, document, and negotiate API contracts between system components using non‑technical tools. Evaluate data, consumer feedback, and internal insights to develop product features tied to objectives with end‑users. Understand cross‑functional dependencies to ensure business needs are met on time. Work in an Agile environment to continually review needs, define priorities, outline milestones, and identify opportunities and risks. Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder, product strategy, and technical team priorities. Translate product roadmap features into well‑defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, resolving issues to speed delivery. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications or equivalent experience. 4–6 years of combined experience in development life cycle, test execution, and functional design specification development. Demonstrated flexibility to handle ambiguity and willingness to learn new skills. Highly professional with strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in projecting scope, timeline, and milestones to deliver projects on time and within budget. Solid understanding of the software product lifecycle and agile Scrum experience. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Track record of delivering data‑driven solutions with a customer‑first mindset. Ability to drive end‑to‑end delivery of digital solutions. Understanding of business implications of core technical decisions. Experience managing an agile board using DevOps or Jira. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of software development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including translation of technical concepts. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with teams, analysts, UI/UX designers, leadership, and stakeholders. Bilingual (Spanish/English).
