Production Technician

In this role, you’ll work on industrial engines and off-highway equipment while building your skills with a company that values teamwork, craftsmanship, and work/life balance. What You'll Do Install mechanical and electrical components onto industrial engines Use hand tools and power tools to complete engine assembly Position and assemble components accurately and efficiently Test run engines to verify proper operation Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace Transport parts and equipment throughout the shop Collaborate closely with the Operations team to meet production goals What We’re Looking For Experience working with mechanical and electrical systems, engines, or industrial equipment Basic mechanical and 12V electrical knowledge Ability to operate forklifts , pallet jacks, and small gantry cranes (Forklift certification preferred) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift 75 pounds and stand, bend, or walk for 10 consecutive hours Regular attendance is required for success in this role What’s In It for You Monday-Thursday daytime shift (4-10's) Continuous training to grow your skills Outstanding comprehensive benefits package Competitive pay & bonuses Generous time off Supportive, team-driven environment- we take care of our people!
