Step into a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week), collaborating with educational professionals, families, and students to help every individual reach their communication goals. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of K-12 students across multiple sites
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Commitment to onsite services only
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy to students with communication and language deficits
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Travel between assigned school locations as part of your regular schedule
