Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current North Carolina SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable managing a diverse K-12 caseload
• Adept at working onsite and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Role Overview:

• Provide diagnostic assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Serve a range of age groups from kindergarten through high school
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain compliance in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Travel between multiple school sites as part of your regular responsibilities
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise to intervention planning, and communicate effectively with all educational partners
