Job Title : Project Access Assistant

Position Type : Temporary Associate

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location : Alpha Mill Apartments | 220 Alpha Mill Ln, Charlotte, NC 28206

Reports To : IT Manager

Duration : Approximately 1-7 weeks. Duration is solely dependent upon completion of network installation project.

Compensation : $15-$17/hour depending on experience

Target Start Date: September 14th, 2026

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Access Assistant to assist with a temporary infrastructure installation project at our apartment communities. This role is essential to ensuring smooth vendor access, monitoring work being performed, and timely communication back to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide vendors with access to apartment homes and community facilities as they install network infrastructure.
• Walk units and common areas throughout the day to monitor vendor progress.
• Ensure vendor work is being carried out according to expectations and report any issues or delays.
• Serve as an on-site liaison between vendors and the IT Manager.
• Document daily activities, progress updates, and potential concerns in a daily recap report.
• Communicate promptly with the IT Manager regarding any issues, delays, or resident-related matters.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively while interacting with residents, staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to walk units, stairs, and community grounds frequently throughout the day.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service attitude and ability to positively interact with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills are a plus!
