Remote Customer Service Representative

We are hiring *Customer Service Representatives* to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced, 24/7 call center environment. In this role, you will assist customers with account inquiries, billing, service setup, and general support while delivering a positive and professional experience.
This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable multitasking across multiple systems.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle inbound *calls, chats, and emails* in a professional and timely manner
* Assist customers with:
* Billing inquiries and payments
* Service sign-ups and account updates
* General account and service questions

* Promote and upsell service offerings when appropriate
* Navigate multiple systems and applications to access customer information
* Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
* Analyze issues and provide solutions based on established guidelines
* Build rapport with customers through clear, friendly communication
* Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed
* Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure full resolution
* Maintain professionalism across all interactions
*Required Qualifications*
* Minimum *1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred*
* Strong ability to *multitask across multiple screens, tools, and systems*
* Excellent *phone etiquette and communication skills*
* Ability to talk, type, and navigate systems simultaneously
* Tech-savvy with experience using *Windows-based systems (Windows 10 or 7)*
* Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
* Comfortable working in a *fast-paced environment with high call volume*
* Willingness to work *at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)*
*Work From Home Requirements*
* Reliable home internet connection:
* Minimum *20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speed*

* Must be able to connect via a *wired (ethernet) connection*
* Equipment provided includes: computer, dual monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse
*Training Schedule*
* *4 weeks of training*
* Monday-Friday, *9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST*
*Compensation*
* *$15.50 per hour*
*Work Environment*
* Fully *remote position*
* 24/7/365 operation with scheduled shifts

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
