Business Development Representative

Commercial Business Development RepresentativeSERVPRO Team Isaacson is seeking a driven Commercial Business Development Representative to help grow our commercial relationships throughout Wilson County and surrounding markets. This is an outside B2B sales role focused on developing long-term relationships with commercial businesses, industrial facilities, manufacturing operations, warehouses, and facility leadership teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, comfortable prospecting daily, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. This position is heavily relationship-driven and requires consistent in-person prospecting, follow-up, and account development throughout the assigned territory. We are looking for someone who understands relationship sales is built through consistency, visibility, communication, and trust.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with commercial businesses and key decision makersProspect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, in-person visits, and scheduled meetingsMaintain an active pipeline and consistently move opportunities through the sales processConduct client meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) reviewsPartner closely with operations and estimators to ensure excellent communication and customer experienceFollow up consistently on estimates, opportunities, and active accountsMaintain accurate CRM activity, account notes, and pipeline reportingBuild and manage a prioritized target account listRepresent SERVPRO professionally at industry and networking eventsMeet activity expectations and revenue growth goalsQualifications:Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and follow-up skillsAbility to build relationships and create trust with clientsSelf-starter mentality with strong time management skillsComfortable prospecting and working independently in the fieldExperience in restoration, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial service sales preferredCRM experience requiredValid driver's license with reliable transportationMust pass a background check (subject to applicable law)What We Offer:Competitive base pay plus commission opportunitiesCompany-supported training and developmentCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive and team-oriented cultureOpportunity to work with a nationally recognized restoration brandAbout SERVPRO Team Isaacson:SERVPRO Team Isaacson specializes in fire, water, mold, and storm restoration services.
