Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Montague that are seeking Production Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflows as needed to meet targets.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure products meet specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen), and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, MRP).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
