Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative I with industrial, distribution, or manufacturing experience to join our Anaheim team. You will serve as the primary contact for incoming customer requests, managing high-volume order entry, quotes, vendor follow-ups, and client inquiries. Responsibilities

• Inbound & Email Support: Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Order Processing & Quoting: Generate quotes, execute order entry, and send acknowledgments to meet departmental goals and metrics.

• Vendor Tracking: Partner with third-party vendors to monitor order processing and ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

• Returns & Exchanges: Initiate RMA processes, facilitate exchanges, and resolve post-order issues following standard procedures.

• Account Care & Teamwork: Build lasting relationships with business clients while collaborating across internal departments to improve service workflows.
