We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support our Customer Service and Sales Departments with various office-related tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Duties

• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Support customer service activities by handling inquiries, updating records, and providing information to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, maintain customer accounts, and prepare reports.
• Perform general office duties, such as managing correspondence and scheduling.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
