We support our customers by providing various services in warehouse and distribution centers, and our CSRs work with drivers and customers in the facility. Key responsibilities include: Check drivers in and out on tablets or a kiosk Complete all necessary paperwork Enter all data associated with each truckload into a tablet or kiosk Provide great customer service Handle inbound drivers' bills of lading Collect payment for unloading services electronically Perform audits of data collection to ensure integrity Perform other related duties as required or assigned Compensation/Benefits: Weekly pay cycle!
