Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries regarding their policies with warmth and accuracy. Assist with processing premium payments and handling routine policy updates. Maintain organized records of all client interactions to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Collaborate with the agency team to resolve concerns quickly and effectively. Act as a friendly point of contact for walk-in clients visiting our Anaheim location. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work from our Anaheim office location during standard business hours. Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation and office software. Clear and empathetic communication style. Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-based role is highly valued.
