Job Description

One of the premier Arthritis clinics is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist take inbound calls and schedule appointment. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and/or reschedules patient appointments
• Receive inbound calls and direct caller to the appropriate department
• Inform and provide patient with necessary information and instructions prior to their appointment
• Scan and file into patient docs on eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1 year or more of Medical Receptionist/Patient Service Representative role within a clinic/physician office setting
• Previous EMR experience is required for the role.
• Must be comfortable with commuting to different clinic located in the Beaumont area once a month.
• Experience with appointment scheduling experience within eClinicalWorks is a strong plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Must have completed a high school diploma or GED.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $18.00/hr. - $20.00/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
