Office Assistant - New Launch Hedge Fund - $100k base + bonus

Our client, a major new launch hedge fund, is looking to hire an Office Assistant based in the firm's offices in Manhattan.

Joining a new team, that is set to expand exponentially over the next 2-3yrs, the hire will manage core office and facilities management responsibilities, with some broader tasks extending to HR support, onboarding / new joiner integration. The hire will ensure the smooth function of day-to-day office operations as headcount continues to expand. The hire will be the first point of contact for all external vendors including connectivity, IT and office supply providers.
Ideal candidates should have 3-6yrs experience as an Office Assistant / Facilities Manager / Executive Assistant / Administrative assistant. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
This role offers the opportunity to join a high pedigree new launch business, taking on a critical role supporting all business areas. xhyhwjd It will pay a circa $100k base salary and a large % bonus potential.
