International Tax Associate Location: Miami, FL A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its International Tax Practice in Miami. This role focuses on sophisticated private client matters, including US cross-border income tax and estate planning, expatriation and pre-immigration tax structuring. The position offers the opportunity to advise high-net-worth individuals and global families on complex inbound and outbound tax planning within a well-established international platform. Key Responsibilities Advise individuals on US cross-border income tax and estate planning matters Support expatriation and pre-immigration tax planning strategies Provide inbound and outbound tax planning advice Conduct detailed tax research and draft memoranda and planning documents Assist with private client structuring and compliance matters Manage client relationships and support strategic advisory work Who You Are Minimum 2+ years of international or cross-border tax experience LL.M. in Taxation required Strong academic credentials Excellent research, writing and oral communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage a demanding workload Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission Compensation Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package within a leading international platform Interested?
