SNM Development is a Texas company that owns and runs several businesses across different industries, from a behavioral health clinic to service and development ventures. We market all of them, which means this role isn't tied to one brand. You'd be a marketing generalist who can jump between very different audiences and still make the message land.

We're looking for someone who actually understands marketing, not just someone who can push out posts. If you get why people buy and can use that to move a stranger from "never heard of you" to "ready to call," you'll do well here.

What you should have a real grip on:

- Marketing fundamentals and how the pieces fit together across brands

- The psychology behind why people buy, and how to use it without being sleazy

- How Meta works. Facebook and Instagram, organic and paid, the ad manager, audiences, and what makes a creative actually perform

- KPIs and what the numbers are telling you. You should care about cost per lead, conversion, and ROI, not just likes

What helps but isn't required:

- Experience with SEO, email, or building simple landing pages

- Comfort with Canva or basic video editing

- Having worked across more than one industry or brand before

You'll work directly with ownership. Decisions happen fast, you'll see your ideas go live quickly, and you'll get real say in how we grow these companies. If you like variety and hate red tape, this is a good fit.
