ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm for over 40 years, beginning my career as a team member shortly after graduating from West Virginia University. I'm a proud Mountaineer fan and enjoy golfing with my family, traveling, and spending time with my two dogs.

Giving back to the community is incredibly important to me. I'm involved with Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB), an organization that makes sailing and boating accessible for individuals with physical and medical disabilities. It's rewarding to help create opportunities for children and families to enjoy experiences they might not otherwise have.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Debbie Hart - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
