Job Description We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join our team in East Windsor, Connecticut. The role centers around parts and service billing and requires a detail-oriented individual with proficiency in various accounting software systems. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity within the industry. Responsibilities Accurately process customer credit applications for parts and service billing Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries related to billing in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed Use accounting software systems to perform billing functions Utilize ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management Use computerized billing and EHR SYSTEM to manage customer invoices Use Epic Software and About Time for time management and billing purposes Perform accounting functions and manage accounts receivable (AR) Handle answering inbound calls related to billing queries Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems ADP - Financial Services competency Experience with Computerized Billing Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM Proficiency in using Epic Software Knowledge of About Time software Experience with Accounting Functions Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls Familiarity with Billing Functions #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
