Quoting & Billing Administrator

Job Overview Reports to: Sales Manager Location: Seattle, WA Compensation Range: $25.00 to $ 30.00 per hour (DOE) Type: Full-Time Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday; 2pm- 10:30pm) Responsibilities Review customer quote information and prepare quotes utilizing support personnel as required Review quote information and create and submit bid to customers within the required time frame Itemize costs of services for each service provided Compute cost and price estimates for services provided using a wide variety of criteria Maintain accurate paperwork and job files to facilitate smooth transition to other departments Prepare and distribute invoices as jobs are completed Clarify any questions pertaining to invoices received by the customer Respect confidentiality in discussing pricing, and other business‑related practices Position Qualifications Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with others in speaking and writing Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures. Reliability - The trait of being dependable and trustworthy. Time Management - Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work‑related problems Skills & Abilities Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Experience: 2 plus years of experience in billing and estimating Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
