Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist located in St. Petersburg, FL. We are seeking a passionate and motivated SLP to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is clinically curious, collaborative, and excited to deepen their expertise in pediatric dysphagia, speech/language, oral motor, and myofunctional therapy. Administer comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, oral motor, feeding, and swallowing skills Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide therapy across our core specialty areas: early language, speech sound disorders, oral motor therapy, myofunctional therapy, feeding and swallowing Collaborate with families, pediatricians, dentists, OTs, GI and other providers to support whole-child care Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation We handle all credentialing and billing, build caseloads and scheduling. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) Focus on functional progress and patient outcomes Experience with Speech and Language Disorders Experience with developmental disorders Experience or interest in Pediatric Dysphagia and Oral motor therapy This opportunity may be a great fit for an SLP who is clinically curious, motivated to grow, and interested in developing deeper expertise in feeding, oral motor, myofunctional therapy, and pediatric private practice.
