How You’ll Make An Impact Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on our energy-efficient home remodeling products and services. Learn POWER’s proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching. Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions. How You’ll Partner With Others Partner with experienced sales leaders who will coach and support your development. What It Takes To Succeed You have these minimum qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information. A self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent. It Would Be Helpful If You Have Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role. Bachelor's degree.
