Join our client's prestigious luxury condo community as a Concierge and become the welcoming face for an upscale residence where exceptional service meets sophisticated living. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the resident experience, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the elegant environment cherished by our client's demanding clientele. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive attitude will make a lasting impression in this dynamic and rewarding setting.

Compensation : $21-$25 per hour
*Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications
Applicants must be able to work onsite in Wellesley MA, 5 days per week to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing a polished first impression
• Manage front desk duties, including phone and email correspondence, while keeping the lobby inviting and tidy
• Oversee security camera systems, promptly reporting unusual activity to management
• Control access for guests, visitors, and contractors, verifying purposes and maintaining security protocols
• Handle key management with care, ensuring secure storage and accessibility for authorized personnel
• Securely catalog and deliver packages on behalf of residents in accordance with safety guidelines
• Conduct regular patrols of the building and grounds, identifying and reporting any suspicious activity, damage, or maintenance needs
• Perform routine inspections, including lighting checks, roof condition assessments, and post-service reviews
• Relay maintenance issues to management and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate move-in and move-out activities, supervising contractors to adhere to building policies
• Maintain the cleanliness and supplies of shared amenities such as the fitness room and guest bathrooms
• Assist residents with special requests, including arranging transportation, reservations, and tickets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in concierge, property management, or hospitality environments
• Exceptional customer service skills and a polished, professional communication style
• Dependable and well-spoken, demonstrating reliability in a high-end setting
• Ability to respond swiftly and proactively to residents' needs and requests
• Competence in MS Office, Outlook, and familiarity with security camera systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree not necessary
• Physical ability to perform patrols, light repairs, and maintenance as needed
