Outside Salesperson

Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Casey Equipment Company, a fast growing 55 year old, 3 generation, construction equipment dealership covering northern Illinois and northwest Indiana, is looking to immediately hire a territory manager to work in outside sales full-time.

This person will be responsible for promoting Casey Equipment Company, selling and renting equipment, and
managing all existing and potential customer accounts in their assigned geographic territory.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with all existing and potential customers in the assigned geographic territory
• Promoting all brands and products that Casey Equipment Company represents
• Selling both new and used construction equipment
• Renting construction equipment
• Creating equipment quotes, rental contracts, and all other paperwork required to sell or rent equipment to
  customers
• Maintaining positive and productive relationships with other Casey Equipment employees
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

REQUIREMENTS

Useful skills include:

• Experience working with and around heavy equipment, prefered but not required
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products
• Ability to use CRM software
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with customers via multiple channels including in-person
  meetings, phone calls, text messages, and email
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to cold-call and prospect
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining high quality work
• Ability to engage, manage, and motivate oneself as well as others

The specifics of any offer may vary based on skill set and experience. Experience working in construction industry
sales is preferred but not required. Training will also be available to any new hire.
