The starting annual salary for this position is $91,298 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.

Develop and deliver reporting on key revenue cycle areas such as denials, claim edits, productivity, and performance metrics.

Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency.

Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to support business users.

Write and manage SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis needs.

Collaborate with finance, revenue cycle, and IT teams to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Support data quality efforts, including validating and reconciling information across systems.

Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting tools, data models, and processes.

Assist in maintaining documentation and supporting data governance standards.

Experience working with healthcare revenue cycle data, including claims, denials, and related workflows.

Understanding of revenue cycle performance metrics and financial reporting concepts.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share meaningful insights.

Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.

Experience using Power BI to create reports and dashboards, including working with data models.

Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Clear communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
