Medical Analytics Care Gaps & Customer Segmentation Leader

Pfizer seeks a Medical Analytics Care Gaps & Customer Segmentation Leader to define data-driven care gap and HCP prioritization models, manage development roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams. The role combines strategic analytics vision-setting with hands-on leadership of analytics delivery.
Responsibilities
- Set analytical vision and communicate strategy to internal and external stakeholders aligned with asset strategy
- Lead analytics development team and manage delivery of care gap and HCP prioritization models
- Translate business requirements, manage use case backlogs, and review results for varying organizational levels
- Partner with data governance and medical outcomes leads to ensure appropriate data access and dashboard integration
- Attend scientific events and congresses to stay informed of emerging medical analytics trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years experience, or MBA plus 10+ years, or PharmD/PhD plus 7+ years
- 10+ years in data and analytics with recent medical affairs experience
- Proven leadership managing people and projects directly and via matrix structures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Deep pharmaceutical knowledge including clinical trial design, drug development, and regulatory guidance
- Advanced degree preferred in data sciences or related field
Compensation: $230,900–$384,800 base, plus 25% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
