What You Will Do

• Conduct both routine and intricate clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for consistency, rectify errors, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and the preparation of samples for analysis, as necessary.
• Document all procedures accurately, facilitate the training of new employees or students, and assist in maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or similar allied health degree, with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
