UHNW Personal Assistant - Based in PA

A UHNW Principal is seeking an experienced, highly discreet Personal Assistant to provide exceptional personal, lifestyle, travel, and administrative support. This is a high-touch role for someone who is proactive, polished, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. This position is based in a remote area of Pennsylvania, it will require relocation. Responsibilities Manage a complex calendar, appointments, errands, and personal commitments. Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel and accompany the Principal as needed. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues. Coordinate with household staff, vendors, drivers, security, and service providers. Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Manage last-minute requests and changing priorities with professionalism. Support special events, reservations, purchases, and lifestyle needs. Qualifications 10+ years of Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, Family Office, or similar experience. Experience supporting a UHNW individual, executive, entrepreneur, celebrity, or high-profile family required. Extensive travel experience and a valid passport. Exceptional organizational skills, judgment, and attention to detail. Absolute discretion and confidentiality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours. Ability to travel extensively and respond to urgent needs as required.
