Our client in Kennedale is seeking a versatile and driven Front Desk & Accounting Specialist to serve as the face of our office while also supporting key accounting functions. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and hands-on financial responsibilities. This role combines front desk duties with accounting support, helping transition some accounting functions in-house. This person will play a vital role in maintaining day-to-day operations and ensuring financial accuracy for the company.
Requirements :
- Prior accounting experience is required
- Experience with Sage is preferred
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Team player who is dependable and self-motivated
- Experience with TXDOT payroll is a huge plus!
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
