\n \nLega Nova Group is expanding into Raleigh, and we’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are ready to build real-world experience, develop their communication skills, and grow into leadership.

\n \nAs a Marketing Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with customers and representing established brands through face-to-face marketing, events, retail activations, and customer engagement.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Represent established brands through professional, face-to-face customer engagement \n
- Support direct marketing and customer acquisition campaigns \n
- Build strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills \n
- Learn how to create positive customer experiences and represent a brand with confidence \n
- Work alongside experienced team members and receive hands-on coaching \n
- Develop leadership and business skills as you take on more responsibility \n

Previous marketing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is welcome, but not required . We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship focused on communication, performance, and leadership.
