Key responsibilities include following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. For residents with memory loss, creating enriching experiences is essential. Effective communication with families and care team members is required to ensure quality care. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain, and qualities like compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
