Facilities Technician IILocation: Westborough, MADuration: 9 MonthsType: Contract- 6 months + Possible extensionStart: ASAPPayrate: $25Job Summary We are seeking a Facilities Technician II with strong hands-on troubleshooting and technical skills to support manufacturing operations. This role focuses on equipment troubleshooting, hardware inspections, first-article builds, repairs, and process improvements.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot equipment, installations, and manufacturing products.Perform root-cause analysis and fault finding.Assemble first-article builds, test fixtures, racks, and wiring.Conduct hardware inspections and document findings.Maintain and update SOPs.Collaborate with engineering on test setups and process improvements.Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.RequirementsHands-on troubleshooting, repair, assembly, or maintenance experience.Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills preferred.Ability to read technical documentation and follow SOPs.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 7+ hours per shift.Manufacturing, production, maintenance, or engineering technician experience preferred.The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
