Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controls, as well as streamlining systems and processes for efficiency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO, with strong operational and financial expertise, and a commitment to fostering a high-performance team. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure. A confident communicator, the CFO will be expected to provide guidance and challenge when necessary, and to be a committed professional with a history of long-term roles and measurable results.
