Remote Billing Follow-Up Specialist

New Paradigm Staffing

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Billing Follow-Up Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency supporting remote billing and claims operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and advocating for timely claim payment.

What You’ll Do

Review unpaid or delayed claims
Contact insurance companies to obtain claim status
Document all follow-up activity in billing systems
Identify root causes of claim delays
Coordinate with billing teams to correct errors or resubmit claims
