IT Vendor Management Analyst

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Overview Seeking an IT Vendor Governance & Service Management Analyst to support vendor performance, contract administration, service delivery oversight, risk management, and operational reporting. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and third-party service providers. Key Responsibilities Support vendor governance and service management activities. Administer and monitor outsourced service contracts in partnership with internal teams. Track, analyze, and report vendor performance metrics. Ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements. Coordinate resolution of service delivery and operational issues. Identify risks and recommend appropriate controls and mitigation strategies. Provide operational health and performance reporting to leadership. Assist with project execution, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risk management. Support process improvements, standards development, and operational planning. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 1 to 3 years of experience in project, program, contract, vendor, or service management. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. Experience with vendor management, contract administration, and service delivery oversight preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
