Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team! As a COTA, you will provide care and assistance to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with full-time coverage a priority. Responsibilities: Assist occupational therapists in the implementation of treatment plans and provision of resident care Conduct daily living skills training, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Provide cognitive training, such as memory exercises and problem-solving activities Assist with transfer training, ambulation, and mobility exercises Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Document resident progress and treatment notes in a timely and accurate manner Requirements: Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) 6+months or more of experience in occupational therapy or a related field Ability to work part-time and/or full-time schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skillsl> Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development A competitive and comprehensive compensation package #J-18808-Ljbffr
