Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with the flexibility to complete some responsibilities from home. In this position, the specialist responds to inbound inquiries, conducts outbound calls, and guides individuals and families through pre-need and at-need funeral, cremation, and cemetery arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying and nurturing leads, presenting service options, explaining pricing and benefits, and documenting interactions in CRM or sales systems. The role involves collaborating with local locations and field teams to ensure smooth handoffs, accurate information, and timely follow-up. The Inside Sales Specialist consistently focuses on building trust, maintaining empathy in sensitive conversations, and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets. Skills in Lead Generation and prospecting, including qualifying inbound inquiries and initiating outbound outreach. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on empathy, reliability, and problem-solving. Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain options and build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and emotional resilience. Proficiency with CRM or sales management software and basic office productivity tools. Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately. Prior experience in funeral services, healthcare, or other service-oriented industries is beneficial but not required.
