The primary goal of the Front of House Shift Supervisor is to run a smooth shift and to ensure that we provide quality service and hospitality to our guests. The Front of House Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading team members to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service to guests. This role is offered as a full time position. You must have an open availability. This means the ability to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to close on Friday and Saturdays. Must be available for Holidays. Honor and encourage other to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Positively influence the business to drive sales Adhere to and Enforce all restaurant polices and procedures Adhere to and Enforce Chick-fil-A City dress code at all times Work outside under various conditions Adhere to food safety and quality procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Include: High School diploma or GED required 1-3 years leadership or management experience Experience in restaurant operations is preferred, but not required. Prior Chick-Fil-A experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong work ethic Excellent time management skills Honest and Trustworthy Consistent and Reliable Cheerful and positive attitude Possess a love for serving and helping others Customer service oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Strong interpersonal skills Critical Thinker. Self Starter Detailed oriented and organized Able to work independently and in a team environment Be will and able to work a flexible schedule Be able to perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 40 lbs Have the ability to stand for at least 8 hours Valid Driver’s License Reliable transportations to meet opening and closing shifts as needed Available to work at least 40 hours a week Be available to work on weekends and holidays Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
