Entry-Level Recruiter

This hybrid role combines full-cycle recruitment with office administration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. What You’ll Do As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our hiring efforts and day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Schedule and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interview calendars and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process Prepare offer letters and complete new hire onboarding paperwork Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records Support employee onboarding and orientation Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally Maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative documentation Assist leadership with reports, scheduling, and other administrative projects Ensure confidential information is handled with professionalism and discretion What We’re Looking For Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, administration, or office management preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable learning new software and recruitment platforms What We Offer Full-time, on-site position in Cincinnati (hybrid option is available) Competitive compensation Paid training Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative team environment If you’re looking for a career that combines recruiting, administration, and people-focused work, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
