institutions and professional organizations.Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be a visionary nursing leader with a demonstrated record of leading large, complex healthcare organizations and inspiring teams through periods of transformation and growth.Required QualificationsDoctorate in Nursing, PhD, or equivalent doctoral degreeActive Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain)Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible executive leadership experienceExperience within a large academic medical centerProven success leading complex, matrixed healthcare organizationsDemonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation and clinical excellencePreferred QualificationsNurse Executive Advanced Board Certification (NEA-BC)Active engagement in
