Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst 13+ yrs Exp
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:- Experience performing stakeholder business needs analysis using various techniques, including JAD sessions, requirements elicitation sessions, interviews, user story creation, As-Is and To-Be documentation and diagrams, and translating business needs into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
- Experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts to communicate requirements, including context diagrams, textual use cases, swimlane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs while using effective communication to ensure requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and fulfilled.
- Experience creating test plans and test cases, managing defects in collaboration with development teams, and working with users to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including developing and executing a Requirements Management Plan, maintaining requirements traceability, establishing requirements baselines, and managing requirements change control.
- Experience working with healthcare applications, including patient records, billing and finance, and human resources systems.
- Experience working with Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector Solutions.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
